My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were spacious and the bed exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. However, the location at the back of the building was a bit disappointing, but still manageable.

While the hotel is quite basic, its location is unbeatable for exploring the city.
The hotel gave off definite Venetian vibes with its heavy curtains and elaborate decoration, but the lack of soundproofing led to disturbances from noise like talking, footsteps, and doors. The location was outstanding, being very central and close to major attractions like St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, while still tucked away in a peaceful corner. Despite some hiccups with service that included redirection to a different hotel without explanation, the overall experience was authentic and felt very Venetian.

The service was friendly and welcoming, but there was one rude encounter. The dining experience was quite basic with no cooked offerings. The location is fantastic, near the center of Venice and close to San Marco Square. The facilities offered are not worth it.
